Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes or cancellations must be made 48+ hours in advance. For cancellations or changes made outside of 48 hour timeframe prior to scheduled appointment time, payment or credit will be forfeited. If payment was not collected prior to appointment or if client has a membership, client will be subject to full charge of scheduled services, which will be charged to credit card on file.
